Pinch Digital Marketing Plan
This capstone marketing project focused on creating a digital marketing plan for Pinch, a local food truck business known for its Asian bento boxes that has seen a decline in sales. For this plan, I worked on researching and strategizing the SEO/SEM strategy and website redesign in collaboration with my team. The goal was to reimagine how Pinch could theoretically connect with customers in the digital space if the plan was implemented through tactics like search engine optimization, Google Ads, and an improved, customer-focused website. My contributions centered around conducting keyword research, mapping out a potential paid search campaign, and wireframing an engaging new website design that would allow customers to easily order bento boxes online. While this digital marketing strategy was not actually executed, the project allowed me to apply the digital marketing knowledge learned in my marketing courses to research and develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan for a real local business in need of a refreshed digital presence. It was a great experience collaborating with my team and strategizing a digital marketing strategy from start to finish.
