OMGSquee Final Recommendations

This project involved a final presentation for the client OMG Squee, an Asian bakery in need of marketing assistance as a one-woman business with limited resources. In 2020 during the height of the pandemic, I helped develop strategic recommendations and materials to help stabilize and further connect with her customers. My role focused on conducting market research through social media analysis and customer interviews to inform mock-ups and recommendations tailored to her business needs. Given it was just the owner running everything, this project aimed to provide actionable and affordable marketing solutions to help improve her digital presence and messaging. My collaboration with the client at a difficult business period led to mock-ups and research-backed recommendations to resonate with customers through improved social media and digital marketing. This project gave me valuable experience developing strategic marketing solutions customized for a small business owner needing to improve their connection with customers after facing pandemic challenges.
