This project involved providing recommendations for Rocheli Patisserie, a French bakery client looking to improve their media strategy and brand identity. My role included conducting research through competitive analysis and customer interviews to inform a website redesign and refreshed brand strategy. Key elements that were implemented included revamping their Instagram feed with high-quality lifestyle photography leading to an over 70% increase in followers. I also created style guides to bring cohesion to their brand across platforms. My contributions focused on refining their brand strategy to clearly convey their differentiated French bakery offerings to customers across media touchpoints. While the full website redesign was not implemented, my designs helped the client think through improving site navigation and showcasing new product offerings. Overall, this project allowed me to synthesize research insights into actionable recommendations that helped the client refine their brand and grow their Instagram following. My collaboration with the client led to impactful changes that created a more polished digital presence true to their brand identity.
